⚖️ DECISION CLARITY
Choose without Confusion
You’ve understood your situation.
You’ve reduced your stress.
Now it’s time to decide.
Take 10–15 minutes.
Step 0: What Decision Am I Trying to Make?
Be specific.
👉 Write your decision:
Example:
“Should I focus on this subject or switch to another?”
“Should I take this opportunity or not?”
Step 1: List Your Options
Don’t think, just list.
👉 What are the possible choices?
Step 2: Remove Imaginary Factors
Before you decide, clear the noise.
👉 Ask yourself:
·
Am I worrying about what others will think?
·
Am I imagining worst-case outcomes?
·
Am I trying to predict everything?
If yes → pause.
👉 These are not decision factors.
They are mental distractions.
Step 3: Focus on What Matters
Now ask:
👉 What actually matters in this decision?
Choose 2–3 real factors:
☐ Practical benefit
☐ Learning opportunity
☐ Long-term growth
☐ Current situation
☐ Available resources
Write yours:
Step 4: Evaluate Each Option Simply
Don’t overanalyze.
👉 For each option, ask:
·
Does this help me move forward?
·
Is this realistic right now?
Write briefly:
Option 1: ____________________
Option 2: ____________________
Option 3: ____________________
Step 5: Choose a Direction (Not Perfection)
You don’t need the perfect choice.
👉 You need a workable one.
Write your decision:
Step 6: Define the First Step
A decision without action is just thinking.
👉 What is the first step you will take?
Step 7: Accept Uncertainty
No decision removes all doubt.
👉 Tell yourself:
“I don’t need certainty.
I need direction.”
Pause
Look at your decision.
Ask:
👉 Does this feel clearer than before?
What Just Happened?
You didn’t eliminate uncertainty.
You removed confusion and hesitation.
And that is what was stopping you.
