Stop Attracting Stress. Start Choosing It.
"What stress am I attracting?"
Time Required: 10–15 Minutes
Purpose
This worksheet is designed to help you distinguish between:
Stress that you are unnecessarily attracting.
Stress that is worth inviting because it contributes to your growth.
You only need a pen and a few quiet minutes.
STEP 1
What Is Causing Me Stress Today?
Write down the five situations that are causing you the most stress.
STEP 2
Did I Attract This Stress?
For each situation ask yourself:
Did I contribute to this stress through...

□ A weak decision?
□ An inappropriate solution?
Write your answer beside each situation.
Example:
"I postponed an important task."

Can I Prevent This Type of Stress?
Now examine each situation again.
Ask yourself:
"What could I have done differently?"
Examples:
Instead of procrastinating

→ Focus on my own progress.

→ Set healthier boundaries.
