Stress does not trap us.
Repeated patterns do.
Fortunately,
patterns can be recognised.
Patterns can be interrupted.
Patterns can be replaced.
Every time you interrupt an unhealthy cycle,
you begin creating a healthier one.
Weekly Reminder
Whenever stress appears, ask yourself:
"Where am I in my Stress Attraction Cycle?"
Then ask:
"What one change can I make right now to prevent the cycle from repeating?"
