The Supra Principle
Reality is not responsible for fulfilling every expectation.
It simply unfolds according to circumstances.
The more we insist that reality should obey our wishes,
the greater our unnecessary stress becomes.
Preparation gives us influence.
Expectations alone do not.
Weekly Reminder
Whenever you feel disappointed, frustrated, or angry, pause and ask yourself:
"What expectation did I silently place on this situation?"
Then ask:
"Would I be better served by changing reality... or by changing my preparation?"
