Stress is often seen as an interruption to life.
This worksheet invites you to consider a different possibility.
Perhaps stress is not interrupting your life.
Perhaps it is preparing you for it.
Every stressful situation may be asking you to develop a new capability, make a better decision, learn a new skill, or adapt to a new reality.
The purpose of this worksheet is to discover what your stress is preparing you for.

Choose one stressful situation you are experiencing now.
Describe it in one or two sentences.
